Privacy Policy

Last updated July 22, 2026. This policy explains what Tandem (operated by TONDO LLC) collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account info. Your name, email, and optional profile photo. Sign-in is by magic link, so we never store a password.
• Travel preferences. The interests and pace you pick in onboarding, used only to personalize recommendations.
• Trip content. Itineraries, stops, notes, and photos you or your group add.
• Location. Only with your permission, to show nearby picks and walking distances. You can turn this off any time in Profile, Preferences, Location access.

How we use it

To run the product: drafting itineraries, syncing trips across your group, and recommending places. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

Trip content is visible to the travelers you invite. Venue details, photos, and reviews come from partners like Google Places, subject to their terms.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your profile, leave a trip, or delete your account from Profile, Account. Deleting your account removes your personal data within 30 days.
